Lindsay Winter
Assistant Asset Manager

Ms. Winter is responsible for maintaining our extensive portfolio of projects through our asset management system.   She also oversees the packaging of our wide range of applications, including tax credit, welfare exemption, private and public grants, and other state and federal housing programs. She supervises the monitoring and verification of compliance with those agencies that support and fund our efforts.

Ms. Winter received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the study of Mass Communications.  Her employment background includes retail management and financial services.  She is licensed by the state of California in Real Estate Sales.
