Assistant Project Manager
Ms. Pines is responsible for researching and developing financing sources, compiling financing applications, and preparing development and construction budgets. She coordinates due diligence and compliance requirements for funding agencies. She oversees the design team throughout predevelopment and construction and manages the conversion process from construction to asset management. This includes working with the construction team to ensure a financially feasible and operationally viable development in a timely and cost efficient manner while monitoring and preparing proformas, cash flow projections, and project schedules. Ms. Pines' other duties include providing input on project design development and ensuring that project plans and specifications are received by construction in a timely manner. She reviews construction draw applications, coordinates on-site construction meetings, and processes change orders.
Ms. Pines holds a degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Her background includes design and architectural drafting for developers of low-income communities, research of sustainable design methods and funding sources, and the compilation of economic impact reports.
