Paula Padelford, RN, PHN
Senior Service Coordinator

Ms. Padelford is the Senior Service Coordinator at Las Palmas’ Palm Springs Pointe and has been working in social services for over 12 years. Mrs. Padelford is a vital part of The John Stewart Company management onsite team. She provides extensive case management, advocacy, outreach and linkages to resources and organization within the community which help increase the likelihood that the residents will remain independent and healthy.

Ms. Padelford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene College. Ms. Padelford is a Registered Nurse and her experience ranges from running support groups for senior caregivers to providing case management for at-risk seniors.
